How PCMS came to be
Blossom-Field Montessori School was founded in 2005 by a group of Christian educators and parents who wanted to combine the proven Montessori method with a Christ-centered environment. What began as a small preschool with 12 students has grown into a thriving educational community serving children from ages 2 through 12.
Our name "Pertriel" comes from the combination of "Pert" (meaning bright and alert) and "Triel" (meaning God's vessel), reflecting our mission to develop bright minds that serve as vessels for God's purpose.
Over the years, we've remained committed to our founding principles while continually improving our facilities and curriculum to provide the best possible education for our students.
To provide a Christ-centered Montessori education that nurtures the whole child - spiritually, intellectually, emotionally, and physically - preparing them to be independent thinkers and compassionate leaders who serve God and others.
We integrate Biblical principles throughout our curriculum and daily activities.
We honor each child as a unique individual created in God's image.
We cultivate curiosity and joy in discovery that lasts a lifetime.
We teach children to use their gifts to serve their community.

At BFMS, we combine this approach with Christian values to create a unique learning environment where children:
